Dr. Ortiz is just all around the best. Most importantly his confident and pleasant demeanor exuded the perfect environment for putting you at ease. Together with the state of the art equipment and modern ambiance of the office made me feel I was in the right place. I am an older person and can say unreservedly Dr. Ortiz far exceeds all others for what can be a scary experience. I write this review to say that far from scary, my experience was without pain, and otherwise enjoyable, not kidding.

Let me preface my review by mentioning that I am the biggest chicken s**t when it come to dental work. I used to fly north to have my dental work done, pre covid. That being said, finding Dr Ortiz was a huge relief . Had root canal yesterday... was able to save the tooth, and other than a minimal pinch from the novocaine, not a bit of pain, either during, after anesthetic wore off, or this am... HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM...

This office is nothing short of amazing. I called for an appointment and not only was I seen that same day, I also had my root canal at the initial appointment. I literally had zero pain during the procedure. They gave great instructions and called to check on my progress after 3 times afterwards. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. I'd give them 10 stars if I was able. Highly recommend!
